PLYO Wed Jan11 8PM

We have plyo all semester booked from 8 - 10:30 pm in the aerobics room. We will do it up until April when our race season means PLYO on Wednesday will hurt our racing on Saturday and Sunday.

I have to take a class that is only offered Wednesday nights from 6 - 8:15pm. The earliest I will arrive at plyo any week is 9PM. That means we get to have lots of leaders.

This week and every other week I need somebody to do the first half, and if you're on a roll I'll follow.
