WEDNESDAY NIGHT PLYO.
I'm going to be a tad bit tardy for the start, so if someone could set the room up in a similar fashion to last week, i'd be a happy camper.
PLYO WILL START AT 8:20 AND THE CRITERIUM SIMULATION WILL RUN UNTIL 9:08. PLEASE DO NOT BE LATE.
From 9:15 onwards we will just work on core.

Are you sure it won't run until 9:09 ? This is the sort of detail that can potentially ruin a whole training session...
