Make in into Ontario, there's no such thing as a flat road! You're either descending or ascending. I might even intersect and meet you guys.

Meh, from my experience, Ontario is just rolling hills--I wouldn't call that ascending or descending ;)

True that, although there are lots of sustained grades around here...
In any case, don't ride your bike on Ontario's roads if you want to train your legs to produce a constant wattage...
