Meet at Atwater at 8am. Ride to Rigaud and do the loop behind the mountain then back. ~160km
Shouldn't take more than 6 hours. intermediate/advanced

I realistically think I will be suffering heavily near the end of the Ride... I don't know if that will help..

It's also good to have done several rides that are 120 km or greater before. It helps you get a feeling for how your body will be. Until then you never know how your body will be.

Yea its hard to say how you'll feel after that much riding. It definitely won't be a very intense ride, but we will no doubt be somewhat exhausted towards the end because of the length.
