Everybody is invited to attend a Race Debriefing on Thursday June 9th at 6:30PM in Otto Maass 428 - They keep changing the time from 6:30 to 6 and back. Sorry about that.

Financial aspects of the race.
Future (Creating a Eastern Canadian Cycling Championship and Conference)
Appointment of a "Race Organizer" to the Executive.
Bring yourself and your opinions. The more the better.

Just to let everybody busy who want to come that we won't be appointing the race organizer at this meeting. We will be coming up with their responsibilities and job description, then the team will start accepting "applications"
